HOSTING ORGANISATION: FORAVE
La reunión inicial del proyecto Erasmus+, "We-R-Open: Un enfoque educativo para la capacitación digital del personal docente, directivo y administrativo de los centros de FP", tuvo lugar el 26 de marzo de 2021 de manera online. 26th of March 2021.
Durante la reunión, los socios presentaron sus organizaciones y discutieron asuntos relacionados con el plan de difusión y el plan de calidad. Además, los socios analizaron las actividades de IO1 e IO2 que tendrán lugar en los próximos meses.
Second meeting
4TH-5TH NOVEMBER 2021
HOSTING ORGANISATION: FORAVE
The 2nd transnational project meeting was organized by the project coordinator FORAVE and took place in Lousado, Portugal on the 4th and 5th of November 2021. Although the consortium has been working together since March, this is the first time that they had the chance to meet in person.
The first day of the meeting began with an update on the project website by Emphasys, followed by an update on the Social media strategy by the partners from DLEARN. Next, the partners from IDEC presented the Online Toolkit for VET teachers (IO1) and all of the partners proceeded to discuss the next steps and deadlines related to IO1.
Third meeting
28th-29th APRIL 2022
HOSTING ORGANISATION: DEFOIN
The 3rd transnational project meeting was organized by Defoin in hybrid form, and took place in Madrid, Spain on the 28th and 29th of April 2022. The meeting began with an update on the project website by Emphasys, followed by an update on the Social media strategy by the partners from DLEARN. Next, the partners from IDEC presented the Online Toolkit for VET teachers (IO1) and all of the partners proceeded to discuss the next steps and deadlines related to IO1. In addition, the partnership discussed the next steps regarding the IO2: e-Learning course for VET schools’ administrative and back-office staff and set deadlines for the peer review, translations, and pilot testing workshops. Finally, the coordinator presented information and deadlines for the upcoming financial reporting of the project.
